About Me
In order for me to be accurate, my resume had to be by my side.I'm still able to bowl in a senior league, kayak on my canal, walking a couple of miles when the sun motivates me, bicycle on the boardwalk in Long Beach, N.Y, and roller skate. Waking every morning looking for sunshine with multiple failures.
Cooking background:
When my mother was at work, if not a TV dinner or canned ravioli, I would make meatballs and spaghetti or a hamburger.
Apprentice cook/chef Waldorf Astoria Hotel N.Y.C. 1962-1964 gained 30 lbs. in a year.
Saucier Waldorf Astoria Hotel 1964-1965 lost 20 lbs.
Drafted US Army 1965-1967 lost 15 lbs.
Waldorf Astoria Hotel Saucier 6/10/67-10/1067, Asked Exec.Chef for promotion.
